About the role
Next Space design studio is looking for two architects to join its creative team. You will work on projects from concept development through to hand‑over, receiving direct mentorship from the principal designer. The role offers the chance to engage in detailed spatial planning, right down to furniture layout.
Key responsibilities
- Produce clear, detailed architectural drawings that require no additional explanation.
Required profile
- Candidates preferred from Calicut.
- Ability to take concepts through to final hand‑over.
- Willingness to work under the guidance of the principal designer.
Required skills
- Proficiency with SketchUp.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD.
- Experience using 5D modeling tools.
- Experience with 5 Render visualization tools.
- Familiarity with AI tools integrated into the design workflow.
