Architect – Design (Revit BIM)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Architect to lead design development using Revit and BIM tools. The role involves producing detailed models and drawings, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring design integration across all project phases.

Key responsibilities

• Produce BIM models and detailed construction drawings using Revit.
• Provide technical input on materials, details, and specifications.
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to optimise design.
• Integrate design with other disciplines through proactive solutions.
• Support the creation of a standard detail library and efficient production processes.
• Deliver design management, review, and client consultation to realise project intent.
• Prepare and manage design submissions, change processes and value‑engineering options.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, sustainability, health‑and‑safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate daily with internal design teams and support the Design and Project Directors.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience on major architectural projects, preferably in the GCC region.
• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong leadership, delegation and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
