Architect – Design & Project Management

About the role

Conarch Builders & Consultants is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Architect to join its Gwalior office. You will translate client visions into functional, aesthetic designs across institutional, industrial and residential projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations and high standards of quality.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, detailed layouts, and construction drawings.
• Create 3D models and visualisations to communicate design intent.
• Conduct site visits, feasibility studies, and coordinate with structural, MEP and construction teams.
• Prepare and review detailed construction documentation and monitor contractor work.
• Participate in client meetings, present design options and incorporate feedback.
• Collaborate with project managers to track progress, manage design changes and align with budget and schedule.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from a recognised institution.
• Professional registration or licensing preferred.
• Strong foundation in architectural design and project management.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams on‑site.
• Knowledge of Indian building codes, especially those applicable in Madhya Pradesh.
• Excellent visual, spatial and analytical abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Proficiency in SketchUp.
• Experience with BIM tools.
