Architect – Design Development & Project Delivery

About the role

The Architect will support the Project In‑charge in developing design concepts and delivering large‑scale projects on time and to high quality standards. Acting as a key communication hub, the role ensures seamless coordination between design teams, consultants, and clients, especially when the Project In‑charge is unavailable.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the design process and contribute to design decisions for large projects.
• Prepare detailed, construction‑ready drawing sets in coordination with team members.
• Provide on‑site technical coordination and resolve design‑related issues.
• Maintain communication links with clients, consultants, senior architects, and directors.
• Serve as the second point of contact for all project communications in the absence of the Project In‑charge.
• Perform day‑to‑day administrative tasks in line with ISO standards and internal MIS systems.
• Uphold company image, culture, and responsible use of resources.

Required profile

• Proven experience handling large‑scale architectural projects.
• Strong design and CAD abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
