Architect – Design & Build Projects

About the role

ProArch Design Build is seeking a full‑time Architect to join its hybrid team in Thiruvananthapuram. You will shape residential and design‑build projects from concept through execution, ensuring design intent, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, space plans, and detailed drawings.
• Create 3D models and visualisations using BIM and other design tools.
• Coordinate design solutions with construction and interior design teams.
• Conduct site visits, design reviews, and client meetings to refine proposals.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and multidisciplinary workflows.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of internal design processes and technology integration.

Required profile

• Strong background in architecture and architectural design, including concept development, detailing, and knowledge of local building codes.
• Experience in project management for residential or design‑build projects, preferably in Kerala.
• Ability to collaborate with technology teams and leverage integrated project platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent; licensure/registration is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for hybrid work settings.
