Architect – Creative Design Role in Ernakulam

About the role

We are looking for a creative and detail‑oriented Architect to join our team in Ernakulam. You will be responsible for turning initial concepts into fully developed designs, working on a variety of projects and delivering innovative architectural solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts from sketch to detailed design.
• Prepare design development drawings and documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design feasibility.
• Present design ideas to clients and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on construction methods, materials, and industry trends.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of professional experience in architectural design.
• Strong understanding of the full design process, from concept to project development.
• Good knowledge of construction methods and building materials.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in SketchUp.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Proficiency in Lumion or similar visualization software.
