Architect – Building & Infrastructure Design

About the role

The Architect will support the Principal Architect in delivering high‑quality building, metro and infrastructure designs for Mott MacDonald’s Global Delivery Services Centre in India. Working across a diverse portfolio that includes commercial, residential, healthcare, education, data centres and transport facilities, you will contribute to projects from concept through construction.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare architectural drawings, schedules, presentation materials and bid documents.
• Assist the Principal Architect with design development and documentation for various building and infrastructure projects.
• Review and check design drawings to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
• Coordinate closely with MEP, structural and civil design teams.
• Manage deliverables within agreed cost and timeline constraints.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of professional architectural experience.
• Strong communication skills in written and spoken English.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under project deadlines.
• Willingness to travel as required by project locations.

Required skills

• Proficiency in BIM tools, preferably Revit Architecture.
• Solid command of AutoCAD.
• Experience with Photoshop and Navisworks.
• Ability to interface with civil/structural and MEP teams.
