AR Analyst – Accounts Receivable Claims

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is looking for an AR Analyst who will manage and resolve customer claims and deductions within the Accounts Receivable function. The role combines detailed invoice investigation, documentation, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to support cash flow and revenue goals.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and validate customer claims and deductions, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Investigate invoice-level details using SAP ERP to identify discrepancies and root causes.
• Gather and organize supporting evidence such as BOL, POD, signed paperwork, and email threads for claim substantiation.
• Raise and track queries in customer and internal portals, following up to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain complete documentation for all claims and prepare regular reports on claim status, aging, and recovery metrics.
• Monitor KPIs such as claims aging, dispute cycle time, and recovery rates, providing insights for process improvement.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Distribution Center Operations and other teams to resolve issues and communicate with customers.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, claims, or collections, preferably in a corporate or apparel environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities with high attention to detail.
• Experience working in a multinational organization and handling cross‑border data compliance.
