About the role

The Apprentice will join the Corporate IT team to provide remote technical assistance to business users. Working in an office‑based environment, you will support a 24x7 shift schedule and help keep user systems running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

Provide remote technical support, troubleshoot issues and generate reports.
Operate in a 24x7 rotational shift, responding to calls and emails.
Document and track service tickets, meeting defined SLA targets.
Collaborate with internal IT teams, handling documentation and access requests.
Process security forms and assist with application and network performance KPIs.

Required profile

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
0‑6 months of IT support or call‑center experience.
Excellent written and verbal English communication.
Ability to work independently and adapt to rotational shifts.
Teamwork, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Desirable certifications: Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL.

Required skills

Windows 11 operating system.
Active Directory.
Microsoft Office suite.
Office 365 (O365).
