About the role

Join Airbus India’s In-Service Engineering department in Bangalore as an Apprentice In-Service Engineer focusing on aircraft structures. This 12‑month program offers fresh graduates the chance to work on real airframe repair design and analysis projects while developing core aerospace engineering skills.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse damage reports and repair requests received from Airbus customers.
• Develop and propose repair design solutions for aircraft structures.
• Perform stress calculations, including static, fatigue and damage‑tolerance analyses, for the proposed repairs.
• Prepare approval reports and support the approval process through the relevant authorities.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate (undergraduate or postgraduate) in Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering.
• No prior full‑time professional experience (internships and academic projects are acceptable).
• Willingness to commit to the full 12‑month apprenticeship.
• Fluent English communication skills.
