About the role

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our apprenticeship program in Mumbai. The role offers hands‑on experience alongside skilled professionals, complemented by theoretical classes and workshops to build a solid foundation in the chosen trade.

Key responsibilities

• Assist and observe experienced workers to acquire practical skills.
• Attend scheduled theoretical classes and workshops related to the profession.
• Follow instructions and guidelines from supervisors or mentors.
• Complete assigned tasks and projects efficiently and on time.
• Operate tools and equipment safely, ensuring proper maintenance.
• Adhere to all workplace safety rules and regulations.
• Maintain attendance and adhere to break schedules during shifts.
• Participate in regular evaluations and assessments to track progress.

Required profile

• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing processes.
• Positive and respectful attitude when providing assistance.
• Ability to work five‑day rotational shifts.
• Commitment to follow attendance policies and safety standards.
