About the role
We are looking for a motivated Application Tech Support Practitioner who will work primarily in French. The role offers the chance to become a subject‑matter expert, contribute to problem‑solving discussions and grow within a supportive Service Desk environment.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure production systems are available and meet defined service‑level agreements.
- Drive incident and outage resolution while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
- Facilitate rapid restoration of services to the production environment.
- Establish and maintain disaster‑recovery procedures to protect operational continuity.
- Maintain data‑retention practices in line with organisational policies.
Required profile
- Beginner proficiency in Service Desk Management.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in French.
- Bonus: basic problem‑solving, intermediate communication, basic customer service, intermediate time‑management, basic analytical thinking.
