Apigee Consultant – API Management Specialist

About the role

Join the Infosys consulting team as an Apigee Consultant, where you will work directly with clients to diagnose API‑related challenges, design innovative solutions, and drive successful deployments. You will play a key part in shaping proposals, configuring Apigee platforms, and delivering proof‑of‑concept workshops that enable digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze client environments to identify API management issues and recommend solutions.
• Develop and own sections of proposal documents, providing input on solution design.
• Plan and execute configuration activities, tailoring Apigee implementations to design specifications.
• Conduct conference‑room pilots, product demonstrations, and POC/Proof‑of‑Technology workshops.
• Prepare effort estimates aligned with client budgets and organizational financial guidelines.
• Lead small‑scale projects and contribute to unit‑level initiatives to deliver high‑quality, value‑adding solutions.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate client needs into technical designs.
• Experience in guiding clients through digital transformation journeys.
• Proven ability to develop value‑creating strategies that drive growth and profitability.
• Good knowledge of software configuration management systems.
