Android Developer

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Android Developer to design, build, and maintain high‑performance mobile applications. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced Android applications with a focus on performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define features and ensure smooth integration.
• Write clean, maintainable code in Java and Kotlin following best practices.
• Identify bottlenecks, fix bugs, and optimise app responsiveness.
• Implement new features based on user feedback and continuously improve functionality.
• Conduct unit, integration, and UI testing to guarantee quality.
• Integrate third‑party APIs, libraries, and cloud services such as Firebase.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Work with DevOps to set up CI/CD pipelines and manage app releases.
• Stay updated with the latest Android tools, technologies, and industry trends.

Required profile

• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong proficiency with Android SDK, Java, and Kotlin.
• Experience developing Android apps and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with design patterns such as MVP, MVVM, and Android Architecture Components.
• Solid understanding of the mobile development lifecycle, including publishing on Google Play.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
