Android Developer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Android Developer to join a fast‑paced, quality‑driven team. You will build and maintain high‑performance Android applications for a large, diverse user base, turning UI/UX designs into robust, scalable mobile solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into clean, maintainable Android code.
• Design, develop, and maintain reusable Java‑based Android components.
• Integrate applications with backend services via RESTful APIs.
• Ensure optimal performance, responsiveness, and scalability across devices.
• Identify, debug, and resolve performance bottlenecks and technical issues.
• Maintain clean architecture, improve code quality, and support automation practices.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional engineers on UI and system‑level solutions.
• Contribute to UI/UX improvements based on usability insights.
• Research and benchmark mobile technologies to raise development standards.

Required profile

• 6‑15 years of professional Android development experience.
• Proven track record of publishing apps on Google Play Store.
• Experience working in Agile environments and with CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across distributed teams.
• Background in Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech is a strong advantage.
