Android Developer – High-growth SaaS Startup

About the role

We are a fast-growing VC-backed SaaS company building an Android client used by teams in over 40 countries. As an Android Developer you will own the mobile roadmap from day one, shaping architecture and delivering core features for a pan-India remote team.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and ship new features in Kotlin/Java across core modules.
• Maintain app performance, including startup time, memory usage and crash-free sessions.
• Write unit and UI tests and keep the CI pipeline green.
• Collaborate with design and product to turn specifications into polished, accessible screens.
• Participate in code reviews, raise architecture standards and improve code quality.
• Debug and resolve issues from crash reports and app-store reviews.

Required profile

• 2–6 years of experience building production Android apps.
• Strong command of Kotlin or Java and modern Android architecture components.
• Experience publishing apps to the Play Store and analysing crash/ANR reports.
• Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup.
