Android Developer – Build Scalable SaaS App

About the role

Join a high‑growth, VC‑backed SaaS startup as an Android Developer on its founding India engineering team. You will own the Android client roadmap from day one, building a product used by teams in more than 40 countries.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and ship core features in Kotlin or Java across the app’s main modules.
• Own performance metrics such as startup time, memory usage, and crash‑free sessions.
• Write unit and UI tests, maintain a green CI pipeline, and ensure high code quality.
• Collaborate with design and product teams to turn specifications into polished, accessible screens.
• Participate in code reviews, raise architectural standards, and mentor peers.
• Debug and resolve issues from crash reports and app‑store reviews.

Required profile

• 2–6 years of experience building production Android apps using Kotlin or Java.
• Strong understanding of Android architecture components, coroutines, and modern UI toolkits (Jetpack Compose or XML‑based views).
• Hands‑on experience publishing to the Google Play Store and analyzing crash/ANR reports.
• Clear spoken and written English and a reliable remote‑work setup.
