About the role

Pinkvilla is seeking a dynamic Anchor & Producer to be the face of its digital video content and own end‑to‑end production, creating engaging shows, interviews and original formats for its audience.

Key responsibilities

• Anchor and host Pinkvilla’s YouTube, Instagram and other digital video IPs, conducting celebrity, influencer and expert interviews.
• Present both scripted and unscripted content with confidence, developing a relatable on‑screen personality aligned with the brand.
• Conceptualise fresh video ideas based on trends and audience interests, research topics and develop scripts, storylines and interview questionnaires.
• Own content from ideation through shoot to final output, coordinating with producers, editors, designers and other teams.
• Create platform‑specific content for YouTube, Instagram, Shorts, Reels and repurpose long‑form videos into short‑form clips.
• Monitor performance metrics, use analytics to refine storytelling and experiment with new formats to grow audience engagement.

Required profile

• Strong on‑camera presence with the ability to engage digital audiences.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
• Good understanding of digital platforms, audience behaviour and current entertainment trends.
• Creative mindset with the capacity to take a video concept from idea to final execution.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional production teams.
