Analytics & Workflow Automation Developer (Power BI, Qlik, ADL)

About the role

Philips is seeking an Analytics & Workflow Automation Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise‑grade dashboards and AI‑driven automation solutions. The role combines business intelligence, data engineering, and intelligent automation to support the company’s health‑technology initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise‑grade dashboards using Power BI, Qlik Sense, ADL and DataBricks, ensuring auditability and compliance.
• Design and implement AI agents or copilots to automate recurring PMO and reporting activities, including data quality checks and narrative reporting.
• Use Git for version control, apply basic C#, Python and scripting skills, and operate in a lean setup covering development, testing, and product ownership.
• Ensure dashboards and data products are tested, validated and released according to quality standards, and manage change‑control and UAT processes with key stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience with ADL and DataBricks for data modeling, scripting and dashboard design.
• Hands‑on experience creating and maintaining BI dashboards and working with SSIS or similar ETL frameworks.
• Working knowledge of SQL Server, Git, Python and basic C# scripting.
• Basic project‑management skills and ability to work independently with multiple stakeholders.
