Analyst – User Access Management for Innovative Medicine

About the role

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking an Analyst to strengthen user access security and compliance across global SAP S/4HANA systems. The role supports the IM Transcend transformation program, ensuring secure, compliant SAP environments while driving strategic UAM initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead security workshops to gather business and compliance requirements for SAP role design and validate post‑build authorizations.
• Develop UAM strategies covering composite roles, Fiori tiles, business personas, and data‑masking concepts.
• Design, test, and implement rule sets for SAP S/4HANA role design and support user account setup.
• Conduct data validation, health checks, compliance documentation, and manage authorization defects.
• Support user cut‑over, hyper‑care activities, and coordinate business UAT and training.
• Perform regular SAP security assessments, audits, and troubleshoot complex security issues.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP security policies, procedures, and configurations.
• Mentor junior team members and promote SAP security best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Risk Management, Compliance or Audit.
• 6‑8 years of experience in User Access Management within an enterprise risk framework.
• Hands‑on experience with at least one end‑to‑end SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in virtual/remote environments.
• Fluency in English, both oral and written.
