Analyst II – Global GBS Supply Planning

About the role

The Analyst II will support Global GBS supply planning by coordinating production planning and finite scheduling with plant teams. The role ensures efficient inventory delivery, meets service targets, and drives cost optimisation across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with plant, BU, demand planning and logistics teams to develop production plans and finite schedules.
• Manage finished‑goods inventory, identify risks to CFR targets, conduct root‑cause analyses and maintain a CFR of 98% or higher.
• Highlight and resolve key supply issues, escalating high‑priority customer concerns when needed.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives, suggesting process enhancements, cost‑reduction ideas and supply‑chain optimisation opportunities.
• Oversee product listing, delisting and withdrawal in partnership with Marketing, minimising write‑offs.
• Maintain strong stakeholder communication and ensure alignment with KHC cultural values.
