Analyst, External Manufacturing Finance

About the role

As an Analyst – Finance External Manufacturing you will ensure financial compliance, manage operational budgets and support decision‑making for plant operations. The role is key to maintaining financial discipline and driving efficiency across external manufacturing sites.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain internal controls and compliance across plant operations.
• Execute monthly financial book closures accurately and on time.
• Prepare, finalize and upload annual plant budgets into SAP.
• Monitor budget performance and align with financial goals.
• Prepare and reconcile general ledger balances; consolidate scrap loss data.
• Conduct cost variance analysis and present findings to operations teams.
• Track plant KPIs, produce MIS reports and discuss actionable insights with leadership.
• Coordinate stock and fixed‑asset audits and provide central support on taxation matters.

Required profile

• Preferred education: CA, CWA, MBA (Finance) or Commerce graduate/CA (Inter) or ICWA.
• 2–4 years of finance experience, preferably in manufacturing or plant operations.
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure and high sense of ownership.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP FICO module.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Microsoft PowerPoint.
