AML Technical Trainer – New Hire & Ongoing Training

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic AML Technical Trainer to design and deliver high‑impact learning experiences for new hires and existing staff. In this role you will shape the competence and compliance readiness of our teams, ensuring a smooth transition from training to client‑facing production work.

Key responsibilities

• Lead new‑hire onboarding and training programs with clarity and energy.
• Guide employees through the transition from training to production environments.
• Provide constructive feedback and performance insights to support growth.
• Analyze training outcomes and share actionable insights with the Training Manager.
• Design, update, and customize training materials to meet evolving business needs.
• Create assessments and continuing‑education content to maintain compliance excellence.
• Deliver one‑on‑one coaching and develop engaging e‑learning modules.
• Collaborate across departments to improve onboarding and training processes.
• Support Ready For Allocation (RFA) team members during project transitions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in corporate training, preferably within compliance or financial services.
• Preferred: Master’s degree, 1+ years AML transaction monitoring experience, AML Quality Control experience, CAMS certification or equivalent.
