AML Analyst II – Risk Team

About the role

Bluevine is seeking a self‑motivated AML Analyst to join its Risk team in Bengaluru. In this hybrid position you will support BSA compliance initiatives, refine internal AML strategies, and help safeguard the company’s financial ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Review and investigate unusual activity alerts, identify red flags, and analyze complex transaction flows.
• Draft Unusual Activity Reports (UARs) for partner banks and maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of AML regulations, especially in LATAM.
• Identify trends through pattern analysis and external tools, and record suspicious transactions promptly.
• Liaise with Fraud and Investigation teams to lead AML due‑diligence reviews.
• Support internal compliance reporting and assist with ad‑hoc process‑improvement projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of AML experience with strong understanding of regional regulatory frameworks, particularly LATAM.
• Proven ability to review and validate international identity documents and corporate verification materials.
• Deep knowledge of transactional flows, payment systems, and digital banking corridors.
• Banking or FinTech background with excellent analytical and decision‑making skills.
• Professional proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is a strong advantage.
