AML Analyst II – LATAM Focus

About the role

Bluevine is looking for a self‑motivated AML Analyst to join its Risk team in Bengaluru. The role supports Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and anti‑money‑laundering compliance initiatives, helping to strengthen internal processes and drive growth. You will work in a fast‑paced, hybrid environment collaborating across fraud, investigation and product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Review and investigate unusual activity alerts, identify red flags, validate adverse media and analyse complex transaction flows.
• Draft Unusual Activity Reports (UARs) for partner banks and maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of AML regulations, especially in the LATAM region.
• Identify patterns and trends using analytical tools, and record suspicious transactions promptly.
• Coordinate AML due‑diligence reviews with fraud and investigation teams.
• Support internal compliance reporting and contribute to ad‑hoc process‑improvement projects.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in AML compliance or investigations.
• Strong understanding of AML regulatory frameworks, with expertise in LATAM‑specific regulations.
• Professional proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• ACAMS certification is a plus.
