ALM Developer – Polarion Customization

About the role

Bosch Group is seeking an experienced ALM Developer to specialize in Polarion customization and integration. You will work within a dynamic engineering software team, delivering tailored workflows, reports, and automation solutions for our global customers.

Key responsibilities

• Customize Polarion (workflows, LiveDocs, reports, templates)
• Develop scripts using JavaScript and Velocity
• Integrate Polarion with tools such as Teamcenter, Jira, and CI/CD pipelines
• Manage requirements and test processes (RM, V&V)
• Support migration and upgrade projects (e.g., Windchill to Polarion)
• Apply basic development skills in Java, SQL, and REST APIs

Required profile

• Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.)
• 5‑6 years of relevant experience
• Proven ability to implement and develop Polarion solutions
• Experience in customization, automation, support, operations, and deployment
