Airport Kitchen Staff – Commis, CDP, DCDP Positions (Mumbai)

About the role

Veedee Solutions LLP is seeking motivated kitchen professionals to join its airport catering operation in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. The roles include Commis 1, Commis 2, CDP and DCDP, offering an opportunity to work in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment serving diverse cuisines.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards throughout the shift.
• Ensure proper mise en place, timely food production, and adherence to FIFO and stock rotation procedures.
• Minimize waste, keep the kitchen clean, and follow all sanitation protocols.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service delivery.
• For CDP/DCDP roles, manage a designated section and guide junior staff.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in Indian Tandoor, South Indian, Mexican, Chaat, or Gujarati cuisine.
• Background in hotels, restaurants, airport catering, lounges, or high‑volume kitchens is preferred.
• Good knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen operations.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts.

Required skills

• Proficiency in standard kitchen equipment and cooking techniques for the listed cuisines.
• Understanding of food safety, storage, and waste‑reduction practices.

What we offer

• Competitive monthly salaries: ₹20,000‑₹30,000 for Commis, ₹30,000‑₹35,000 for DCDP, and ₹40,000‑₹45,000 for CDP.
