AI/ML Trainer – Data Annotation & Model Evaluation

About the role

Cloud Point Solutions is seeking a full‑time AI/ML Trainer to join its Chennai office. You will play a pivotal role in preparing high‑quality datasets that power our intelligent digital products and AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Label, annotate, and curate structured and unstructured data (text, images, etc.) for model training.
• Review model outputs, detect errors or biases, and provide actionable feedback.
• Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to align training data with business objectives.
• Document annotation guidelines, maintain data quality standards, and continuously improve annotation processes.
• Explain data patterns, edge cases, and training considerations to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Comfort working with large datasets, both structured and unstructured.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Linguistics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in data labeling, content moderation, or quality assurance is a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site in Chennai, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
