AI/ML Expert – Applied AI Engineer

About the role

Bosch Global Software Technologies is looking for an experienced Applied AI/ML Engineer to design and deploy advanced models that combine visual and time‑series data for automotive applications. You will work on cutting‑edge algorithms that extract meaningful patterns, deliver accurate predictions, and address complex analytical challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and validate machine‑learning models for computer‑vision tasks such as object detection, image segmentation, facial analysis and classification.
• Develop time‑series solutions for forecasting, anomaly detection and sequential classification.
• Create multi‑modal models that fuse visual and temporal data to improve predictive performance.
• Implement and train deep‑learning architectures (CNNs, Transformers, LSTMs, GRUs) and traditional statistical methods (ARIMA, Prophet).
• Perform exploratory data analysis and develop novel feature‑engineering techniques for both image and time‑series datasets.
• Optimize model efficiency, tune hyper‑parameters and rigorously evaluate performance using appropriate metrics and validation strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
• Strong background in developing and deploying models for the automotive domain.
• Hands‑on expertise in data analysis, feature engineering, model training and evaluation.
