AI/ML Engineer – Methods & Tools

About the role

Join the Airbus India Engineering Methods & Tools team as an AI/ML Engineer. You will work in a cross‑functional environment, bridging data science and software engineering to deliver digital solutions for aerospace engineering challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine‑learning and deep‑learning models, including computer‑vision, NLP, and large language models.
• Build robust MLOps pipelines to automate model training, testing, and production deployment.
• Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and engineering stakeholders to integrate AI capabilities into core platforms.
• Optimize models for latency, throughput, and resource usage on cloud or edge infrastructures.
• Stay current with AI research and evaluate emerging technologies for product road‑maps.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as an ML Engineer, Data Scientist, or Software Engineer focused on AI.
• BTech/MTech/PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong programming skills in Python (and optionally Go) with production‑grade code quality.
