AI/ML Data Engineer for ADAS – Senior Full Stack Developer

About the role

We are looking for a passionate AI/ML Data Engineer with strong full‑stack development expertise to join Bosch’s automated driving team in Bangalore. You will work on cutting‑edge ADAS solutions, building data pipelines and cloud‑native services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and manage Kafka‑based data pipelines.
• Configure, deploy and maintain Kafka clusters and troubleshoot related issues.
• Architect component and system level solutions for high‑performance data processing.
• Develop backend services using Python (Flask, Django) or JavaScript (Express.js, Node.js).
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL and MongoDB.
• Implement cloud applications on Azure, leveraging micro‑services, APIs and event‑driven architecture.
• Apply DevOps practices with Terraform, OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes and Jenkins.
• Perform statistical analysis and visualisation using matplotlib, seaborn and d3.js.
• Maintain code quality through Lint, SonarQube and performance testing with Apache JMeter.
• Manage source control with Git (branching, pull requests) and support CI/CD pipelines.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of professional experience in web application development and cloud environments.
• Strong Python programming skills and solid understanding of object‑oriented concepts.
• Hands‑on experience with Kafka, databases (MySQL, MongoDB) and web servers (Apache).
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (preferably Azure) and micro‑services architecture.
• Experience with DevOps tools (Terraform, OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins).
• Familiarity with statistical visualisation libraries and code‑quality tools.
• Good communication skills and an agile mindset.
