AI Trainer – Hands‑on AI Training

About the role

Aadhunik AI Academy is launching its first in‑person AI training centre in Chandigarh. As an AI Trainer you will guide learners through practical AI concepts, tools and real‑world projects, ensuring each session ends with a usable outcome.

Key responsibilities

• Design, prepare and deliver training sessions, workshops and hands‑on labs focused on AI use cases.
• Develop and continuously update curriculum materials and project assignments.
• Guide participants through exercises, answer questions and provide constructive feedback on assignments.
• Collaborate with the content team to refine training content based on feedback and emerging AI trends.
• Manage learning schedules, track participant progress and document training outcomes.
• Work with admissions and operations to coordinate batch scheduling and monitor student results.

Required profile

• Foundational understanding of AI concepts and common AI tools.
• Strong ability to explain technical ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
• Interest or experience in teaching, mentoring, or facilitating technology‑focused workshops.
• Basic proficiency in data handling (spreadsheets, simple scripting) and comfort exploring new software platforms.
• Analytical thinking, problem‑solving mindset and curiosity about AI trends.
• Openness to feedback and collaborative work in a fast‑evolving environment.
