AI Prompt Trainer – Remote (US Staffing)

About the role

We are seeking an AI Prompt Trainer to design and deliver hands‑on workshops for recruiters and business development executives in the US staffing sector. The role is remote, covering PAN India, and aligns with US‑based working hours (IST night shift). You will enable talent acquisition and sales teams to harness generative AI tools for sourcing, outreach, and workflow automation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct interactive training sessions on AI Prompt Engineering tailored to US recruiters and BDEs.
• Develop custom prompt frameworks for candidate search, resume summarisation, interview question generation, and outreach messaging.
• Demonstrate live use of ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and related tools in real‑time exercises.
• Create AI prompt playbooks, templates, and libraries specific to staffing workflows.
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce repetitive recruitment tasks and improve productivity.
• Track training adoption, measure effectiveness, and report on key performance metrics.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of generative AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude.
• Hands‑on experience with Prompt Engineering techniques.
• Background in US staffing or recruitment processes, including ATS, LinkedIn sourcing, Boolean search, and email outreach.
• Prior experience delivering corporate training or workshops.
