AI Production Lead

About the role

PhonePe is seeking a senior AI Production Lead to shape its AI‑first content factory. Working closely with the Group CMO, Content Head, and YouTube strategy lead, you will turn high‑level concepts into industry‑setting video and media products.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the production roadmap, balancing in‑house creation with external agency partnerships.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of creators, editors, designers, DOPs, and video specialists, ensuring peak daily output and quality.
• Collaborate with the Group CMO and Content Head to align production output with broader brand objectives.
• Manage relationships with top creative agencies (e.g., Ogilvy, Dentsu) and integrate them into AI‑driven workflows.
• Continuously improve workflows to accelerate content creation without compromising standards.

Required profile

• Senior leadership experience in media or content production.
• Proven ability to manage large creative teams and external agency partners.
• Strong strategic mindset with a focus on AI‑enabled processes.
