AI-First Senior Product Manager – UPI Payments

About the role

Paytm is building the next generation of intelligent payment experiences for millions of users. The AI-first Senior Product Manager will own high-impact consumer journeys across UPI payments, onboarding, mandates, and engagement, while leveraging AI to simplify experiences and automate workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for consumer‑facing UPI experiences.
• Own critical customer journeys across UPI onboarding, payments, mandates, and engagement.
• Identify opportunities to leverage Generative AI and AI agents to simplify journeys and automate workflows.
• Design AI‑powered experiences such as intelligent assistants, conversational interfaces, and recommendation systems.
• Partner with Design to build simple, intuitive, and delightful user experiences.

Required profile

• 3+ years of product management experience building consumer‑facing digital products.
• Experience in fintech, payments, banking, UPI, or AI‑powered consumer products.
• Strong product thinking with exceptional customer empathy and UX focus.
• Demonstrated experience using Generative AI to improve product discovery, execution, or customer experience.
