AI-first CRM Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an AI-first CRM Specialist to bring artificial intelligence into our lifecycle marketing. You will produce newsletters hands‑on while turning AI concepts into real, scalable flows for smarter segmentation, content generation and personalization.

Key responsibilities

• Produce end‑to‑end newsletters from day one.
• Use AI to draft and adapt campaign copy across multiple shops, languages and segments.
• Apply AI and predictive methods to improve segmentation, including churn risk and next‑best‑offer analysis.
• Build dynamic, AI‑assisted personalization into lifecycle flows.
• Automate repetitive CRM tasks with AI‑driven workflows.
• Document prompts, guardrails and best practices to ensure responsible AI use across the team.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle or email marketing.
• Hands‑on experience using agentic AI for content generation, segmentation or automation in a production environment.
• Comfortable working with a CRM/ESP platform such as Emarsys, Iterable, Braze or CleverTap.
• Ability to critically evaluate AI output and keep a human in the loop.
• Working‑level English for a globally distributed team.
