AI Expert – Generative AI Solutions Developer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced AI Expert to design, develop and deploy Generative AI solutions that will be embedded into Bosch products. The role covers the full lifecycle of AI projects, from problem framing to production monitoring, and requires close collaboration with product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and launch production‑grade Generative AI applications using Large and Small Language Models.
• Build and optimise Retrieval‑Augmented Generation pipelines, including chunking, embeddings and integration with vector stores such as Azure AI Search, ChromaDB, FAISS or Pinecone.
• Apply advanced prompt engineering, few‑shot prompting, function calling and output validation.
• Develop multi‑agent and single‑agent systems with frameworks like LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen or CrewAI, including orchestration, tool integration and state management.
• Implement agentic approaches for code generation, review, testing and documentation automation.
• Create and maintain Knowledge Graphs for efficient content retrieval.
• Analyse log data to detect anomalies and optimise token usage with tools such as LiteLLM Proxy.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience building LLM/SLM‑based applications from proof‑of‑concept to production.
• Strong background in cloud platforms Azure and/or AWS.
• Ability to independently own the end‑to‑end engineering of Generative AI solutions.
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable AI capabilities.
