AI-Driven SOC Transformation Manager

About the role

EY is seeking a Manager to lead the evolution of traditional Security Operations Centers (SOC) into intelligent, AI‑enabled environments. You will guide enterprise clients through the full transformation lifecycle, from assessment to implementation, focusing on agentic AI use cases across SIEM, SOAR and XDR platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end SOC transformation programs with a focus on Agentic AI adoption.
• Define AI‑enabled operating models (people, process, technology) and create transformation roadmaps.
• Architect and oversee implementation of AI agents for alert triage, investigation copilots, incident summarization and automated response orchestration.
• Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and contextual data sources into SOC workflows.
• Drive adoption of multi‑agent orchestration patterns and establish best practices for prompt engineering, context management and AI governance.
• Lead cross‑functional teams of SOC engineers, detection engineers and AI specialists, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
• Conduct client workshops, demos and executive presentations, translating technical concepts into business outcomes.

Required profile

• 8–12 years of experience in security operations, SOC engineering or AI‑driven security solutions.
• Proven track record of leading large‑scale transformation programs for enterprise clients.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including interaction with CISOs and SOC leadership.
• Ability to balance AI automation with analyst decision‑making.
