AI Design Consultant – Visual Graphics (3‑month contract)

About the role

This 3‑month onsite consulting engagement supports BCCL in building AI‑powered creative capabilities. The consultant will deliver high‑quality visual designs, accelerate AI‑assisted workflows, and help establish scalable design systems across campaigns, branded content, and digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end creation of AI‑assisted visual assets for campaigns, social media, print, events, presentations, infographics, editorial visuals and digital channels.
• Translate briefs into compelling visual concepts using strong design thinking, storytelling and AI‑enabled execution.
• Build and operationalise AI‑assisted workflows for image generation, enhancement, layout, adaptation, localisation, resizing, typography exploration, motion‑assisted design and asset optimisation.
• Develop reusable creative systems such as templates, prompt libraries, brand kits and modular design structures.
• Drive multi‑platform adaptation of assets while ensuring brand consistency and optimisation for audience behaviour and channel requirements.
• Collaborate closely with Brand, Editorial, Product & Technology and other cross‑functional teams to embed AI‑native design practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an AI‑focused visual design consultant or senior designer.
• Strong design thinking, storytelling ability and audience insight.
• Demonstrated capability to translate briefs into high‑quality visual concepts using AI tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and maintain brand consistency.
