AI & Data Engineer

About the role

Anovia is seeking a hybrid AI and Data Engineer to design and deliver the next generation of agentic systems. You will transform raw structured and unstructured data into actionable AI components, moving beyond chatbots to autonomous agents capable of reasoning, searching and executing complex workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and orchestrate LLM‑driven applications, including Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex.
• Build semantic search layers with PG Vector, embedding models and Google indexing to enable high‑quality vector retrieval.
• Process large‑scale datasets with Python (Pandas, PySpark) or Scala and design dimensional data models for low‑latency AI consumption.
• Implement data warehousing solutions on Snowflake or Redshift and write high‑performance advanced SQL.
• Maintain production‑grade code with CI/CD pipelines, ML observability and robust testing practices.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in AI/GenAI, data engineering or related technologies.
• B.Tech/M.Tech or equivalent degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven ability to work with transformer models (Gemini, GPT, Claude) and fine‑tune them for specific tasks.
