AI Automation Specialist

About the role

We are building a new lead generation team for a London‑headquartered FinTech business and need an AI Automation Specialist to design, build and maintain workflows that accelerate the team’s operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run automated workflows linking CRM, email, LinkedIn and analytics platforms while keeping data clean and auditable.
• Use AI to generate outreach drafts, build prospect lists, schedule posts and compile automatic reporting on leads, meetings and conversion metrics.
• Support specialist areas such as SEO, LinkedIn messaging and email marketing with automated content briefs, list segmentation and compliance monitoring.
• Document all workflows, embed human review points and ensure AI output remains compliant with GDPR and PECR.

Required profile

• Proven experience building automations or integrations using code, low‑code or no‑code tools.
• Hands‑on experience with AI large language models, prompt design and output quality control.
• Strong understanding of sales funnels, CRM data and how marketing activity converts into qualified conversations.
• University degree or relevant certifications in technology, data, software or digital marketing.
• Excellent written and spoken English and ability to work with international colleagues.
