AI Analyst – Machine Learning & NLP (India)

About the role

We are looking for an AI Analyst to design and implement advanced machine learning and natural language processing solutions for intelligent document processing. The role will support both internal and external customers by turning unstructured text data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models (CNN, RNN, GAN, Transformers, encoder‑decoder) to solve business problems.
• Apply NLP and NLU techniques to extract, classify, and process information from documents.
• Perform data analysis, preprocessing, feature engineering, and modeling on large datasets.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate requirements into AI/ML solutions.
• Implement RAG pipelines, MLOps practices, and scalable AI/ML architectures.
• Utilize Azure AI services such as Azure Machine Learning, Databricks, and Cognitive Services.
• Stay current with AI/ML research and emerging tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, AI/ML or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience with Python and machine learning.
• Strong background in data analysis, modeling, and statistical concepts.
• Experience working with large, complex datasets.
