About the role

Manifest Global is seeking an AI Agent Engineer to design and deploy production‑grade AI agents that automate complex workflows across its education‑technology portfolio. You will work on real‑time systems that reason, plan, and act on behalf of counselors, students, and university partners, delivering measurable impact within weeks of release.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship AI agents that generate university shortlists, match student profiles to admissions officers, and pre‑empt document errors.
• Integrate agents with existing platforms (Cialfo, BridgeU, Kaaiser, Explore) and ensure they operate at scale for thousands of users.
• Maintain end‑to‑end production pipelines, monitor performance, and iterate rapidly based on user feedback.
• Implement context‑aware workflows, escalation logic, and continuous learning mechanisms.
• Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to align agent capabilities with business goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience building AI‑driven systems that move from prototype to production.
• Comfort with high‑volume, high‑stakes environments where reliability and correctness are critical.
• Ability to translate user needs into actionable agent behavior and iterate quickly.
