Agile Training Specialist

About the role

Delaplex is seeking an Agile Training Specialist to design, deliver, and continuously improve role‑based Agile training programs for Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and development teams. The role combines curriculum development, workshop facilitation, and post‑training coaching to drive high‑performing Agile practices across client organizations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop role‑based training programs with hands‑on exercises, real‑world scenarios, and case studies.
• Facilitate high‑impact in‑person and virtual workshops for 15‑40 participants, ensuring interactive and engaging sessions.
• Lead cross‑functional training initiatives to build high‑performing Agile teams and improve collaboration.
• Adapt training content and delivery methods to audience expertise, organizational context, and business challenges.
• Deliver training through multi‑day intensive workshops, half‑day sessions, virtual instructor‑led training, and blended learning experiences.
• Manage logistics including registration, materials distribution, facility coordination, and post‑training follow‑up.
• Provide one‑on‑one coaching and mentoring to help participants apply Agile principles in their organizations.
• Partner with participants post‑training to address implementation challenges and reinforce learning.
• Assess learning outcomes via pre/post assessments, practical demonstrations, and certification exams.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using satisfaction surveys, skill assessments, knowledge retention testing, and 90‑day behavioral change tracking.
• Report on program metrics and ROI to leadership.
• Maintain expert‑level knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, Lean) and keep certifications current.

Required profile

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience designing and delivering Agile training programs.
• Proven track record facilitating workshops for Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and development teams.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, and Lean.
• Current professional certifications (e.g., CSM, CSPO, PSM, PSPO, SAFe Program Consultant).
• Ability to tailor training to varied audience expertise and organizational contexts.
• Experience measuring training impact and reporting ROI.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
