Agile Project Manager – iTakeControl Platform

About the role

Red Nucleus is seeking an Agile Project Manager to lead delivery of the iTakeControl clinical trial platform. The role is based onsite in Pune and will work closely with US‑based stakeholders to ensure seamless client onboarding and continuous product improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end client delivery, configuring and launching new clinical studies on schedule and within GxP compliance.
• Drive product delivery by managing prioritisation, sprint planning and release coordination in partnership with product management.
• Act as the bridge between business and engineering, translating feature requirements into realistic development plans.
• Make trade‑off decisions when client work and product enhancements compete for resources.
• Track delivery health using flow metrics and report progress to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Agile Project Manager, preferably in a clinical research or life‑sciences environment.
• Strong ability to communicate between business and technical teams and to align priorities.
• Comfortable working with US time‑zones and collaborating with remote stakeholders.
• Accountable mindset with a focus on on‑time, compliant delivery.
