Afternoon Pharmacy Clerk

About the role

This part‑time Pharmacy Clerk works the afternoon shift, supporting the pharmacist in delivering safe and timely pharmacy services. The role is focused on order fulfillment, customer assistance, and basic administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Serve customers with a positive attitude, answering pharmaceutical queries and selling OTC products.
• Assist with filing, storing, packaging, mailing and delivering pharmacy products.
• Support inventory control, including checking for expired items.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to biological, chemical and mechanical safety protocols.
• Operate pharmacy equipment such as the Opus computer system, cash register, heat sealer and shredder.
• Attend assigned meetings and provide performance‑improvement feedback to management.

Required profile

• Basic computer proficiency and ability to use pharmacy‑specific software.
• Strong interpersonal skills and tact when dealing with customers.
• Capability to stand for the entire shift and handle a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to follow risk‑management regulations and use protective equipment.

What we offer
