Affiliate Onboarding Activation Expert

About the role

The Affiliate Onboarding Activation Expert will manage the end‑to‑end onboarding journey for new affiliates, ensuring they are equipped to promote the company’s products and services. This role combines training, process optimisation and activation strategy to accelerate affiliate performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the onboarding process from registration to full activation.
• Create, update and optimise onboarding guides, video tutorials and FAQs.
• Provide training, consultation and ongoing support to new affiliates.
• Design activation strategies that encourage early and productive affiliate activity.
• Analyse affiliate performance data and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with marketing and partnership teams to develop incentive programmes.
• Identify bottlenecks in onboarding and propose innovative solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships or customer onboarding.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English.

Required skills

• Familiarity with affiliate platforms such as Impact.
• Experience using Partnerize for affiliate management.
• Knowledge of Refersion or similar affiliate network tools.
