AEM Lead – Advisory (Bangalore)

About the role

PwC’s Software and Product Innovation team is looking for a seasoned Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Lead to drive quality engineering and product innovation for its Advisory practice in Bangalore. You will combine technical expertise with creative thinking to deliver robust, high‑performance web solutions for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain AEM workflows, user and group management.
• Develop front‑end components using React, HTML5, CSS3/SCSS and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Manage build tooling such as Webpack, Babel, Node.js, and npm/yarn.
• Work with AEM 6.1+ architecture, including JCR, CRX, Sling and OSGi frameworks.
• Implement headless CMS patterns, Content Services and GraphQL integrations.
• Utilise AEM Core Components, Editable Templates and Content Fragments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders using Git/GitHub for version control.
• Configure and optimise Cloudflare and AWS cloud services.
• Apply Agile development methodologies and ensure seamless integration with front‑end deliverables.
• Leverage additional technologies such as HTL, Veeva Vault, iOS and Android where required.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an AEM Lead or senior AEM developer.
• Strong proficiency in React, HTML5, CSS3/SCSS and modern JavaScript.
• Hands‑on knowledge of AEM 6.1+ workflow setup, user/group management, and core architecture.
• Experience with build tools (Webpack, Babel, Node.js) and package managers (npm/yarn).
• Familiarity with headless CMS concepts, GraphQL, and cloud platforms (AWS, Cloudflare).
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
