AEM Full Stack Manager – Advisory (Bangalore)

About the role

PwC is seeking a seasoned AEM Full Stack Manager to join its Advisory practice in Bengaluru. You will design, develop, and maintain cutting‑edge AEM solutions that drive digital transformation for our clients, combining deep technical expertise with innovative thinking.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and maintain AEM workflows, user and group management.
• Develop front‑end components using HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Configure build tools such as Webpack, Babel, Node.js, and npm/yarn.
• Work with AEM 6.1+ and manage its architecture (JCR, CRX, Sling, OSGi).
• Implement headless CMS patterns, Content Services, and GraphQL integrations.
• Utilise AEM Core Components, Editable Templates, and Content Fragments.
• Maintain source control with Git and GitHub.
• Manage cloud infrastructure, including Cloudflare and AWS services.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders and follow Agile development practices.
• Integrate front‑end technologies (JavaScript MVC frameworks, iOS, Android) and ensure compliance with OSGi, Apache Sling, HTL, and JCR standards.
• Leverage Veeva Vault where required.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an AEM Full Stack professional, preferably at a managerial level.
• Strong understanding of AEM architecture and related technologies.
• Hands‑on expertise in modern front‑end development and cloud platforms.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
