About the role
We are seeking a motivated Junior Lawyer to join our legal team immediately. The role involves both preventive and contentious civil law work, supporting the firm’s litigation and advisory activities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage civil litigation cases from initiation to resolution.
- Draft and file procedural documents and pleadings.
- Analyze contracts and prepare legal opinions.
- Prepare detailed reports and legal memoranda.
- Utilize the PJE electronic system for case management.
- Ensure compliance with internal deadlines and procedural rules.
Required profile
- Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work collaboratively.
- Good interpersonal skills and team spirit.
Required skills
- Proficiency with the PJE (Electronic Judicial System).
